Cardio Hip Hop
DESCRIPTION: This class will give you a great work out while learning the basics of hip hop dance. Adults will flourish in this relaxed classroom environment while working off those calories. Don’t worry this is NOT a recital class and yes it is for very beginners! :)
DATES: This winter session will run for 8 weeks on Tuesdays 7:15 - 8:00 p.m.
from April 6th - May 25th.
