Acro Dance

Acrobatic Dance has 5 main components of class: flexibility, strength, balancing, limbering, and tumbling. It is the beautiful fusion of classic dance technique and the precision and athleticism of acrobatic elements. Students will work through progression cards earning a star for each skill mastered. Our studio is certified through Acrobatic Arts, the industry's leading acro dance program. Our acro instructors have attended trainings on how to safely spot our students. This style and “tricks” have also became popular through shows like So You Think You Can Dance and Dance Moms.

Ballet is the foundation of dance and highly encouraged for all dancers. These classes will focus on classical ballet technique, proper body alignment, and learning the French terminology of the steps. Students will work at the barre, in the center, and across the floor in this class.
